3月24日、協同組合FUJIとしては約1年2カ月ぶりに技能実習生達が9名入国致しました。

入国直前にインドが指定国から解除されたことにより情報が錯そうする中、
関係各所と連携し、予定通り入国できたことに職員一同安堵しております。

到着後、実習生達はようやく日本に来ることができた喜びを家族に報告したり、早速SNSに投稿していました！

また、母国待機中の2年間に日本語の勉強を真面目に続けた結果、
空港に到着したときのFUJI職員との会話が日本語だったことに、とても感動しました。

言語や文化の違いに理解を示すバイタリティー溢れる外国人材と身近に接することは、大きな刺激を受けます。
同時に、今後も「選ばれる日本」であり続けるために、私たちも歩み寄る姿勢が必要なのだと実感しています。

異国での技能実習は時に大変なこともあるかもしれませんが、乗り越えた時、人生の大きな糧となることと思います。

For the first time in about one year and two months, nine technical intern trainees entered Japan through Cooperative FUJI on March 24. All the staffs along the related parties who cooperated were relieved that the trainees were able to enter Japan as planned in the midst of confusion in terms of information due to the recent removal of India as a designated country just before entering Japan.

After arrival, the technical intern trainees reported and shared their joy to their families, for finally arriving in Japan and posted it on SNS immediately!

Also, as a result of earnestly studying Japanese for two years while on standby in their home country, it was overwhelming when they spoke Japanese to the FUJI staff when they arrived at the airport.

Being this close to people from foreign countries who are full of vitality and show understanding of differences in language and culture is very inspiring.

At the same time, we have come to realize that it is necessary for us also to have willingness to compromise in order to continue to be their “Japan of choice”.

Being a technical intern trainee in a foreign country can have its difficulties but once it is overcome, it can be a great source of life.
